OS2HTTPD - Fixes & Patches

P_940816
There is a fix available as of 16 Aug 1994 that solves the inability to setup and run the server from a directory other than /OS2HTTPD, and use a master config file other than CONF/HTTPD.CNF. Here is a text description of the problem/solution.

Note: This fix does not fix, and still contains, the memory leak problem present in the original package. This fix should not be used unless absolutely necessary, due to the recent availability of fix packages which solve this memory leak. [See below.]

P_950127
There is a fix available as of 27 Jan 1995 that reportedly solves the memory leak / session start failure problem. Here is a text description of the problem/solution.

Note: This fix package *does not* incorporate the earlier fix for the hard-coded home directory. A more recent fix is available which incorporates both previous fix packages packages, and alters the command line parameter parsing slightly. [See below.]

P_950131
There is a fix available as of 31 Jan 1995 that solves a problem in P_950127 with the command-line parameters. Command-line behavior reverted to that of the original executable. Here is a text description of the problem/solution. (This package incorporates both of the earlier fix packages, P_940816 & P_950127.)

Note: This fix alters the behaviour of command-line parsing. Previous revisions did not link the '-d' & '-f' parameters. This fix revision expects the '-f' filename to be have a relative path, if any. Either the alternate ServerRoot directory specified by '-d', or the default "/OS2HTTPD" if unspecified, is then prepended internally to form the filename of the config file to be loaded.

P_950224
Available as of 25 Feb 1995, this fix package is actually a new version of OS2HTTPD, version 1.04. Here is a text description of the package. This fix package can be obtained from:
